How to use Google Docs

Google Docs

While I love using my Dropbox account to store files on the internet, I am also using Google Docs to create, collaborate and share documents.  (Click here to read my article about Dropbox).

What is great about Google Docs is I can create a document that I can open on any computer with internet access.   And with my permission, other people can open it as well and make changes.

In the past, I would create a document and if I wanted to share it, I could send a copy.  With Google Docs, I am sharing the actual document.

D K Gupta posted a list of Google Docs” great features:

-It is a freeware casino online tool to help you create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms, drawings, etc.

-It is absolutely free.

-It is an online alternative to MS Office package.

-Using it anyone can work from anywhere across the globe and for this the person just needs to access the Internet.

-You can share documents, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, etc. with anyone you want from within Google Docs itself. This means casino bonus you do not need to manually find file in your computer system and attach to email.

-You are provided free space to store documents online.

-You can anytime download documents to your computer’s hard disk in just one click.
